This is was made under the team name Wee Hours as a submission for Pirate Softwares Game Jam 15! This is our first game jam together, and thank you for the inspiration, everyone!

Help Our Brave Little Shadow discover himself on a 2D Platforming journey through 3 unique maps by using up to 7 unique obtainable abilities that you'll learn as you progress.
Key Bindings:
Basic Movement: A & D
Jump/Wall Jump/Flutter Jump: Space Bar
Air Dash: Left Shift
Grapple: E
Unstuck: Enter
The Wee Hours team are super happy to have a prototype game to submit to this Game Jam and are already stoked with how much we've been able to learn in such a small amount of time.
There's a few known bugs that we'd love to fix but just didn't have the time, for example there's some nasty lines in-between tiles in the background sometimes, as well as some funky frog/ball sprites, so just pretend you didn't see it. :)
The prototype focused on the concept of combining the abilities learned along the journey. Please feel free treat the last segment of the City as a sort of playground/challenge level.

Pretty good! Had a good time with all the mechanics. Bit buggy but thats expected from a GameJam! Art is cute and I had a blast playing :)
This is such a fun little platformer, and you got so much done! Its awesome! Also, ive decided that your little shaddow is now called "VLC Frog" and theres nothing you can do about it!
This game is really good! gameplay is easy to understand but fulfilling, tutorials are well executed without halting the gameplay in any meaningful way.
few bugs but you can't complain about that given its a game jam
for your first game jam this is an amazing game be proud of what you made!
